What Unifynd Does

Unifynd helps people discover nearby community listings from local businesses. Public browsing does not require an account. Business owners and admins may sign in to manage business profiles, listings, and operational analytics.

Information We Collect

Business account details such as email address and authentication identifiers.
Business profile details such as business name, address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and WhatsApp link.
Listing content submitted by admins or business owners, including titles, summaries, descriptions, dates, and images when provided.
Optional location signals used for discovery, such as ZIP code or foreground device location when a user chooses Near Me.
Basic usage analytics such as anonymous visitor/session identifiers, listing impressions, listing views, shares, and coarse location context.

How We Use Information

To show public listings and business pages.
To let business owners manage their own profiles and listings.
To let admins review, publish, hide, and maintain listings.
To provide approximate, internal analytics for pilot operations.
To respond to support, privacy, account deletion, and listing report requests.

Location

Location is optional. If you use Near Me, the app may send foreground device coordinates to the Unifynd API to resolve a nearby city, state, and ZIP-based area. You can also use ZIP code entry instead. Unifynd does not require background location access.

Moderation And Reports

Business-created listings may be held for admin review before appearing publicly. Users can report listings from the mobile app, and admins may remove or hide listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or outside the pilot scope.

Account Deletion And Support

Business owners can request account deletion, data correction, or support by emailing support@getunifynd.com. In-app account deletion is planned before public App Store release.
